Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate and timely responses.
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction and provide effective solutions.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customers complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information in the CRM system.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer feedback and improve overall service.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and services to provide the best assistance to customers.
- Meet or exceed performance goals, including response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, self-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with frustrated customers.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or similar role is an advantage.
- Experience working in a remote or virtual setting is a plus, but not required.
Working Hours:
- This is a full-time remote position, with flexible working hours.
- You may be required to work weekends or evenings based on business needs.
- Weekly hours: 40 hours per week.

- Customer Service Expertise: A strong understanding of customer service principles and the ability to resolve inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
