Customer Support Specialist – WORK FROM HOME / REMOTE

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, live chat).

  • Resolve customer concerns effectively while maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams and follow up until resolution.

  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.

  • Provide guidance on products, services, policies, and processes.

  • Continuously seek feedback and contribute to improving customer service procedures and tools.

  • Stay updated on product and service offerings to deliver accurate and effective support.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

  • Proficient in using computer systems, CRM tools, and multi-channel communication platforms.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

  • Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping others.


Experience

  • No prior experience required—freshers are welcome!

  • Previous customer service, call center, or remote support experience is a plus.

  • Training will be provided for all selected candidates.


Working Hours

  • Full-time and part-time shifts available.

  • Flexible scheduling options, including evening, night, and weekend shifts.

  • Candidates must be available for a minimum of 30 hours per week.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Basic technical knowledge of online platforms and applications.

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and procedures.

  • Team player mindset with a commitment to collaborative problem-solving.

  • Familiarity with remote communication tools such as Zoom, Slack, or Microsoft Teams is a bonus.
