Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Fresher Jobs. Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Ability to use customer service tools, CRM systems, and basic office software (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using online communication platforms and troubleshooting technical issues.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support or service role (remote experience is a plus).
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and providing support via phone, email, and chat.
- Previous work in a fast-paced or call center environment is beneficial but not required.
Working Hours:
- This is a full-time, work-from-home position.
- Flexible working hours, including weekends and evenings, depending on customer demand.
- You will be required to work in shifts, with specific schedules discussed during the interview process.

- Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide friendly, helpful, and effective service to customers.
- Problem-Solving: Proficient in diagnosing customer issues and finding appropriate solutions.
