Cybersecurity Development Program (CSDP) – Associate
The Cybersecurity Development Program (CSDP) is a global initiative designed to cultivate top talent to meet enterprise security needs. This immersive program includes a 2-week bootcamp, followed by a 24-month rotational development plan with four six-month rotations across different cybersecurity domains. Upon completion, Associates gain diverse, hands-on experience, mentoring from technology leaders, and opportunities to network and collaborate across the organization.
Structured as a cohort-based program, CSDP offers a personalized employment experience, fostering community engagement beyond that of a traditional hire.
You will enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. while tackling challenging cybersecurity initiatives.
Sample Rotational Roles Include:
- Global Cyber Defense: Ethical hacking, penetration testing, and threat analysis
- Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC): Compliance, auditing, and regulatory frameworks
- Security Cloud Engineering: Cloud security architecture and operations
- Information Security: Teams across security office, enterprise resilience, acquisitions & fraud, operations & transformation
Program Details:
- Start Date: Tuesday, July 28th, 2026
- Location: Fully remote within the U.S., with optional in-office opportunities
- Onboarding: 2-week orientation and bootcamp at program start
- Work Model: Remote following onboarding

Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming, Network Administration, Database Management, Data, or related technology fields
- Final year or recent graduate (within 24 months) of a bachelors or masters program, or a 2-year technical college
- Foundational understanding of networking, operating systems, and information security principles
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving cybersecurity landscape
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with scripting or programming (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, MITRE ATT&CK)
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security features
- Exposure to security tools such as Wireshark, Nmap, Burp Suite, Splunk, Nessus
- Participation in CTF competitions, cybersecurity clubs, or personal security projects
- Interest or coursework in areas like Red/Blue Teaming, IAM, Threat Intelligence, GRC, Cloud Security, Application Security
