Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to support business operations and analytical needs.
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and transformation to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business analysts to understand data requirements and provide solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data processes and systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Generate reports and visualizations to present data insights to stakeholders and assist in decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest data engineering trends and technologies to continuously improve data practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data manipulation and querying.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Experience with data engineering tools and technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing data pipelines and data systems.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data processing and automation.
Working Hours:
- This is a remote position with flexible working hours. Standard core hours are expected to be 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the employee’s time zone.

- Strong analytical skills with a keen understanding of data modeling and database design.
