Responsibilities:

Work across the full data lifecycle, from engineering and data preparation to building advanced visualizations, machine learning models, and experiments.

Analyze and interpret large-scale (PB-level) transactional, operational, and customer datasets using both proprietary and open-source tools and platforms.

Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable visualizations and recommendations for operational teams and executives.

Identify market patterns across Latin America and provide actionable insights to operations and marketing teams.

Thrive in a fast-paced industry and organization where rapid execution and time-to-market are critical.
Requirements:

Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or Life Sciences.

3–5 years of professional experience in an Analytics or Data Science role.

Self-motivated team player with a strong ability to quickly learn and apply new analytical tools, programming languages, and data models.

Natural curiosity and ability to identify, investigate, and explain trends and patterns in data, simplifying complex concepts for clear communication.

Experience in internal or client-facing consulting, business transformation, or similar roles is preferred.

Passion for emerging technologies, including Blockchain, Machine Learning, and AI.
Technical Competencies (must have proficiency in at least two):

Analytical software (e.g., R, SAS)
