Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in data entry or a related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a data entry role or similar position.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data entry software.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with database management and data analysis is advantageous.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
  • Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment is preferred.
  • Previous experience with data entry tools and software is desirable.

Working Hours:

  • This is a full-time remote position, requiring 40 hours per week.
  • Flexible working hours are available, with core hours being from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (local time).
