Experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the travel or airline industry.
  • Entry-level candidates with a passion for customer service will also be considered.

Working Hours

  • Full-time or part-time schedules available.
  • Rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per operational needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Familiarity with airline reservation systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Delta Airlines’ policies, services, and loyalty programs (training provided).
