- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain an organized workflow.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools.

Experience
- Previous Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a virtual assistant, administrative, or customer service role.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the airline or travel industry is advantageous but not required.
Working Hours
