Senior Manager, Infrastructure Security Engineering
NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Manager of Infrastructure Security Engineering to lead and scale a team focused on securing our DGX Cloud infrastructure. This role is critical to ensuring our cloud and data center environments meet world-class security and compliance standards while supporting NVIDIAs rapid innovation in AI.
As the team leader, you will define security strategy, lead execution, and drive the adoption of security practices across multi-cloud and hybrid environments. You will work closely with our central security teams and DGX Cloud engineering to build secure foundations across compute, storage, and networking systems.
What You will Do:
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of infrastructure security engineers.
- Collaborate with NVIDIAs central security organization to shape the roadmap for DGX Cloud security controls.
- Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and drive remediation across critical infrastructure components.
- Ensure consistent security policy implementation across cloud providers and NVIDIA-operated data centers.
- Oversee deployment and lifecycle management of core infrastructure security tools and technologies.
- Define KPIs and reporting frameworks to track security posture and compliance status.
- Represent DGX Cloud security in executive and cross-functional meetings, aligning strategy with business needs.
- Champion a “security by design” approach and foster a culture of secure, automated engineering.
What We are Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in infrastructure security, with at least 5 years in a leadership or people management role.
- Proven success in securing large-scale, distributed, and/or multi-cloud environments.
- Strong technical expertise in areas such as IAM, EDR/XDR, CNAPP, CSPM, vulnerability management, incident response, and zero trust.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, security, and compliance teams.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and executive stakeholders.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience securing AI or high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructure.
- Deep knowledge of native cloud security tools and multi-cloud governance.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, and how they map to infrastructure controls.
- Contributions to open-source security projects or communities.
