Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various online channels, including social media, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Conduct SEO research and implement on-page and off-page strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
- Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital tools to ensure the companys marketing strategies remain innovative.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital platforms.
- Assist in the development of monthly marketing reports to track campaign success and ROI.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content creation.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and online marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role or industry.
- Experience with data-driven decision making and analytics.
- Experience working with remote teams is an advantage but not required.
Working Hours:
- This is a full-time, remote position with flexible working hours.
- Core hours of availability from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST).
- Occasional evening or weekend work may be required based on campaign schedules.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to analyze data and extract meaningful insights to guide marketing decisions.
- Knowledge of current trends in digital marketing and online advertising.
- Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to achieve business goals.
