Key Responsibilities

  • Participant Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants, addressing inquiries and providing ongoing support throughout their journey.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee all logistical aspects of the program, including venue selection, travel arrangements, and accommodation coordination.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the program across various channels, enhancing visibility and attracting new participants.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Collect and analyze participant feedback to continuously improve the program offerings and overall participant experience.
  • Budget Management: Monitor program budgets, ensuring all activities are executed within financial constraints while maximizing value for participants.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in program management, event coordination, or community building.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace).

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination or management roles, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or remote work sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, typically 40 hours per week, with flexible hours to accommodate the needs of remote participants in various time zones.
