Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers through outbound calls to promote financial products and services.
• Clearly communicate product benefits and features to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
• Achieve and exceed daily and monthly targets for calls made and conversions.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective calling strategies and improve customer engagement.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively convey information to customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with clients as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Female candidates preferred for this role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive demeanor.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customer needs.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

• Previous experience in a calling role or sales environment is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.
