Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional tone.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with customer support software.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
