Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for DuckCreek DMS implementations.
- Design, develop, and configure DuckCreek DMS solutions to meet client specifications.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure quality and functionality of solutions delivered.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the DuckCreek platform, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions for clients and internal teams on the use of DuckCreek DMS.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in DuckCreek technology to continuously improve service offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in DuckCreek DMS or similar insurance technology platforms.
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry, particularly in policy administration processes.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or C#, with experience in web services and API integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on client interaction.
Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical role within the insurance technology sector.
- Prior experience with system integration and implementation of DuckCreek solutions is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in project management or leading technical teams is a plus.
Working Hours
- Full-time position with a standard workweek of 40 hours.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required to meet client needs and project deadlines.
