Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance sales.
- Assist in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking of inventory and manage product returns effectively.
- Maintain an organized database of customer information and order history.
- Generate reports on sales, customer feedback, and website performance to inform business decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to contribute to business growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in e-commerce or virtual assistant roles, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and online marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media advertising).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce management or virtual assistance.
- Experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is highly desirable.
Working Hours:
- This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. Candidates must be available to work during peak times, including evenings and weekends as needed.
