Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to develop and implement data-driven strategies.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track ecommerce performance and suggest improvements.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data findings and communicate insights effectively.
• Perform competitive analysis and market research to inform strategic decisions.
• Support the development of user experience (UX) enhancements by analyzing customer behavior and feedback.
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and product launches.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the ecommerce platform remains competitive.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in ecommerce analytics, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles is a plus.

Experience

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in ecommerce, business analysis, or a related field.
• Experience working with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is preferred.
• Proven track record of improving ecommerce performance through data analysis and strategy implementation.

Working Hours
