Position: Wire Harness Assembler

We are hiring Wire Harness Assemblers to join our growing team in Centennial, Colorado! Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify traveler documentation (part numbers, revisions, and quantities)
- Inspect cables and materials for damage or defects
- Cut, de-jacket, strip, and prep cables for assembly
- Load connectors, apply labels, and use heat shrink tubing
- Assemble harnesses on assembly boards following detailed work instructions
- Sign off on completed work orders
- Package finished materials safely and ensure proper labeling
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Follow safety protocols and immediately report hazards
- Adhere to scheduled shifts and attendance policies
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in assembly, wiring, soldering, or blueprint reading
- Background in aerospace, aviation, electronics, or mechanical assembly preferred
- Ability to read schematics and follow detailed written instructions
- Skilled in using hand tools, crimpers, stripping machines, and measuring tools
- Familiarity with IPC 620 standards is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail, manual dexterity, and good vision/hearing
