Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing / Electrical Methods Engineer with strong experience in the railway industry to support production and engineering activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in manufacturing processes, work instructions, and engineering change management, along with proficiency in CATIA V5 and enterprise systems such as SAP and ENOVIA.
Key Responsibilities

Support production activities and manufacturing engineering processes.

Develop and maintain manufacturing work instructions.

Manage engineering documentation including MODs, CRs (Change Requests), and QNs (Quality Notifications).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure production support and process improvements.

Work with Bill of Materials (BOM), routings, and configuration management in ERP systems such as SAP.
-
Ensure compliance with Quality, EHS, and ergonomic standards.

Provide technical support for manufacturing and production teams.
Required Qualifications
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the railway industry.

Strong experience in Process Engineering and manufacturing documentation.

Hands-on experience supporting production activities and manufacturing instructions.

Experience working with ERP systems (preferably SAP) for BOM management, routing, and configuration tracking.

Associate Degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a related field.

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
Highly Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience in the rail industry.

Experience working on the NJT Multilevel Train Project (design or manufacturing).

Knowledge of harness design or manufacturing (preferred for Electrical Methods Engineers).
