KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive business processes and analytics that enable efficient and effective CPU engineering

Design, maintain, and publish dashboards and reports used as engineering standards across the organization

Partner with program management and engineering leadership to assess design quality, execution health, and schedule readiness

Support program evaluation through data-driven insights and metrics
-
Identify gaps, recommend improvements, and proactively drive operational rigor and adoption across teams
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience working with large, complex datasets and building scalable databases
-
Strong analytical and data processing skills using tools such as Power BI, SQL, MS Excel, and MS Project

Intermediate to advanced programming skills in scripting and object-oriented languages
-
Understanding of VLSI design concepts and trade-offs

Familiarity with programming languages such as Perl, C, Tcl, or similar

Basic knowledge of computer architecture

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS
-
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline
