Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy pre-silicon design metrics to track CPU engineering progress

Design, maintain, and publish standardized dashboards and reports for engineering and leadership teams

Analyze large and complex datasets to assess design quality, schedule health, and execution readiness

Collaborate with program management, silicon design, and architecture teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights
-
Drive operational excellence through gap analysis, process improvements, and metric adoption
-
Support long-term CPU programs by providing accurate, timely, and scalable analytics solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, MS Excel, and MS Project

Experience working with large engineering datasets and database development

Programming skills in scripting and object-oriented languages

Knowledge of VLSI design concepts and semiconductor development workflows

Familiarity with programming languages such as Perl, C, Tcl, or similar

Basic understanding of computer architecture and CPU design principles

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
