Key Responsibilities:
- Design and plan Outside Plant (OSP) networks including fiber optic and copper systems (underground, aerial, and buried).
- Develop and review manhole and conduit designs in accordance with industry standards.
- Work on BAU, FTTP, and high-capacity (Hi-Cap) network projects.
- Interpret and analyze technical data to support design decisions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Provide regular updates on project progress to stakeholders and management.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while also being able to work independently.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred).
- Proven field experience in BAU, FTTP, Hi-Cap, or similar projects.
- Strong understanding of OSP design and construction for fiber optic and copper networks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
