Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will serve as a design authority for engineering disciplines of low to medium complexity. You will work on small projects or defined portions of larger projects, ensuring delivery in a cost-effective and timely manner. You will apply foundational design thinking and Design for Excellence (DfX) principles to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and tools to execute assigned engineering tasks.
- Provide technical support during testing, installation, and commissioning activities.
- Assist in the preparation of engineering proposals and project presentations.
- Perform design verification using checklists in compliance with applicable standards and engineering guidelines.
- Design, develop, and execute PLC and SCADA-based automation solutions for industrial applications.
- Conduct requirement analysis, develop PLC logic, and engineer SCADA/HMI systems.
- Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and commissioning.
Qualifications for the Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech EE) or Electronics & Communication Engineering (B.Tech E&C).
- Proven experience in PLC and SCADA system design and implementation.
- Strong understanding of industrial automation systems and engineering standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and interface effectively with customers.
