- Review and proofread transcribed and translated content to ensure high quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with project managers to understand specific client needs and deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information during transcription and translation processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in transcription and translation.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Linguistics, Translation, or a related field.
- Exceptional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven experience in transcription and translation, preferably in a professional setting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using transcription software and tools, as well as general office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in transcription and translation services.
- Experience working with diverse industries (legal, medical, academic, etc.) is preferred.
Working Hours
