Fresher Jobs is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Helpdesk Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for helpdesk inquiries, responding to tickets via phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing effective solutions to users.
  • Maintain a detailed record of user interactions, issues, and resolutions using our helpdesk software.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to escalate complex problems and ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide training and support to users on software applications and IT policies.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of helpdesk documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Monitor system performance and assist in the implementation of upgrades and maintenance tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems, networking, and common software applications.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk software and ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience

  • No prior experience is required; however, internships or coursework in IT support or related fields will be beneficial.
  • Experience in customer service roles is advantageous, showcasing your ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with standard working hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility may be required during peak periods.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • A proactive approach to learning new technologies and processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of ITIL principles is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse users.
