Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- Proven experience in teaching programming courses at the college level.
- Strong understanding of programming concepts and languages, with the ability to teach diverse skill levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and faculty.
- Familiarity with current educational technologies and online learning platforms.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in higher education, with a focus on programming and software development.
- Experience in curriculum development and academic advising is a plus.
- A track record of professional development, such as attending conferences or publishing in relevant fields.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, typically 40 hours per week.
- Flexibility to accommodate evening or weekend classes as needed.
