Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly targets and enhance service quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in Telugu (spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.

• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

• Previous experience in a tele-calling or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Full-time position, with shifts scheduled between 9 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays as required.
