Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Excel), and strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial analyses and reports.
Experience:
Candidates should have a robust background in finance or accounting, with a proven track record in managing financial operations and leading financial planning initiatives. Experience in a part-time or flexible role is advantageous, but not required.
Working Hours:
