Job Summary:
As a Fleet Mechanic (Fresher) at Walmart, you will assist in the maintenance, inspection, and repair of our company-owned trucks, vans, and other fleet vehicles. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Walmart fleet vehicles under the guidance of senior mechanics.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.

Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inspections.

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Support the fleet team in keeping vehicles operational and minimizing downtime.

Assist in ordering and managing parts and tools as needed.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in automotive technology preferred.

Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics, electrical systems, and hydraulics.

Ability to use diagnostic tools and hand tools effectively.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to learn and take guidance from senior mechanics.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Preferred Skills:

Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or similar is a plus.
