Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in blockchain development, with proficiency in languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, Python, or Go.
• Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, consensus mechanisms, and smart contract development.
• Experience with Ethereum, Hyperledger, or other blockchain platforms.
• Familiarity with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and non-fungible tokens (NFTs) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in blockchain development or related fields.
• Previous freelance or remote working experience preferred.
