Job Summary
Fresher Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Freelance Proposal Writer with excellent proficiency in MS Word and document layout/design. Key Responsibilities

Write, format, and edit proposals, bids, and business documents using MS Word.

Customize each proposal to meet the specific requirements of clients, industries, and RFPs (Requests for Proposals).

Maintain a library of proposal templates, layouts, and boilerplate content for efficient future use.

Ensure consistent branding, tone of voice, grammar, and formatting throughout all documents.

Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality drafts under tight time constraints.

Proofread and review documents for accuracy, clarity, and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, including styles, templates, tables, and formatting tools.

Strong written communication skills with attention to grammar, tone, and clarity.

Basic knowledge of document layout principles, such as spacing, margins, alignment, and visual hierarchy.

Ability to organize and structure content logically and persuasively.

Experience working with RFPs, RFQs, and technical documents is a plus.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in proposal writing, copywriting, or document formatting.
