Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects under guidance

Monitor daily site activities and report progress to the site engineer or project manager

Support in preparing drawings, blueprints, and project documentation

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental guidelines on-site

Conduct site inspections and quality checks as directed

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other site personnel

Assist in quantity estimation, billing, and material management

Maintain accurate records of work done, materials used, and labor involved

Learn and implement basic project management tools and software
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (B.E/B.Tech) in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution

Basic understanding of engineering concepts, construction processes, and design principles

Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, or any drafting/design software (preferred but not mandatory)

Good verbal and written communication skills

Ability to read technical drawings and site layouts
