Amazon is seeking smart, analytical, and customer-obsessed graduates to join its Retail team. This role is designed as a launchpad for future leaders, offering hands-on experience in managing vendor relationships and driving business growth within a fast-paced, global environment.

Eligibility Criteria

* Bachelor’s degree completed between June 2024 and June 2026
* Available to start full-time (40 hours/week) in 2026
* Willingness to relocate to Seattle (relocation support available if eligible)

Key Responsibilities

* Own and manage the performance of a portfolio of vendors and product categories
* Build and strengthen relationships with vendors and retail partners
* Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and improve business performance
* Translate metrics into actionable insights and compelling business recommendations
* Drive customer experience excellence while improving profitability and revenue
* Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and deliver partner-focused solutions

Basic Qualifications

* Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s program (within 24 months)
* Background in Business, Retail, Supply Chain, or related fields
* Experience in internships or roles involving account management, customer interaction, or stakeholder engagement
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
* Proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Demonstrated ownership and results-driven mindset
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
