Key Responsibilities:

Manage the main reception desk, including answering telephone calls, directing visitors, responding to inquiries, and relaying messages accurately.

Ensure the comfort of visitors, guests, and applicants in the reception area, providing refreshments and escorting them to relevant offices as needed.

Collect, deliver, and distribute documents, stationery, and messages promptly and efficiently within the office.

Maintain a safe, organized, and tidy reception area and workplace; operate office equipment in accordance with procedures.

Support HR and other departments by compiling, photocopying, filing, and safeguarding documents to optimize workflow.

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and courier packages to the appropriate departments.

Assist with outgoing couriers, post packages, and fax operations as instructed.

Perform additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent; any stream acceptable.

Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and well-groomed appearance.

Organized, dynamic, and physically fit for frequent movement.

Maximum age: 30 years.

Basic computer and office equipment skills.

Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Experience and Skills:

1–2 years of office support or reception experience is preferred.

Ability to comprehend, classify, and manage documents efficiently.

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.

Capable of independently operating office machines and equipment.
-
Team player with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks logically.

Up-to-date knowledge of company departments, personnel, and office locations.
