Responsibilities

Identify and reach out to local crypto creators, influencers, and community leaders for onboarding to Binance Square.
Support the full onboarding process, including outreach, documentation, and technical guidance for new creators.
Track, analyze, and report engagement metrics and community feedback to improve creator campaigns and content strategies.
Assist in organizing online events (e.g., AMAs, live sessions) and coordinating local creator and community activations.
Stay updated on local crypto trends, news, and emerging creators, and prepare regular market insights for the team.
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

University student or recent graduate in the local market with a strong interest in crypto, blockchain, and digital communities.
Prior experience in Web3 or crypto startups preferred.
Strong understanding of local crypto culture and the online creator/influencer ecosystem.
Fluency in English and at least one additional language for coordinating with overseas partners.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Resourceful, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Experience in community management, social media, or content creation is a plus.
