Job Summary
Fresher Jobs is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Full-Time Virtual Assistant with expertise in project management and administrative support. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively while providing outstanding support to our team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to project managers and team members.
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects from inception to completion.
- Manage project schedules, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes for documentation.
- Conduct research and compile data to support project initiatives and reporting.
- Handle correspondence and communication with stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
- Organize and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist in the development of project plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Utilize project management software to track progress and report updates.
- Proactively identify and resolve project-related issues and challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or similar).
- Solid understanding of office management procedures and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team.
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or administrative support.
- Experience in a virtual work environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
Working Hours
- Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
- Flexible working hours with the option to work remotely.
