Job Summary
Fresher Job is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as General Labourers for our afternoon shift. In this role, you will contribute to various tasks that support our operational goals while ensuring a safe and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including loading and unloading materials, moving products, and assisting with production processes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
- Operate basic machinery and equipment safely, following all company protocols and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory management and material handling as required.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of workplace practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a labor environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
Experience
- Previous experience in a general labor or similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks and responsibilities.
Working Hours
- Full-time positions available for afternoon shifts, typically from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Flexibility for overtime may be required during peak periods.
