StoryMirror, one of India’s largest storytelling platforms, is looking for talented and imaginative Ghostwriters to join our creative writing team. As a Ghostwriter at StoryMirror, you will bring stories, ideas, and characters to life while writing for a variety of genres including fiction, non-fiction, memoirs, blogs, and scripts.
In this remote position, you’ll work closely with editors, authors, and creative leads to craft compelling narratives that resonate with readers. Key Responsibilities:

Write engaging, well-structured, and original content for books, stories, blogs, and other creative projects.

Collaborate with clients, editors, and project managers to understand story concepts, tone, and style.

Maintain confidentiality and write under the client’s or author’s voice and perspective.

Conduct necessary background research to ensure accuracy and authenticity in writing.

Edit, proofread, and revise manuscripts to meet StoryMirror’s editorial standards.

Deliver content within assigned deadlines while ensuring quality and consistency.

Adapt writing style to suit different genres, themes, and audiences.

Incorporate feedback from editors and clients to refine the final output.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Creative Writing, or any related field.

Exceptional command of the English language with strong storytelling abilities.

Creativity and imagination to develop engaging narratives and characters.

Ability to write in multiple tones, voices, and genres.

Excellent research, editing, and proofreading skills.

Experience:
