About the Role:
The Honeywell Aerospace Development Program is designed to cultivate future leaders in Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) and Engineering. Through multiple rotations across functions and locations, you will gain a broad understanding of Aerospace’s end-to-end processes before moving into a permanent career path. Rotations provide hands-on experience in customer responsiveness, program milestone delivery, process optimization, production planning, and product quality improvement.
You will contribute to teams that develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing methods for parts, components, sub-assemblies, and final assemblies. Leveraging your technical expertise, you will estimate manufacturing costs, establish time standards, recommend tooling or process improvements, and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
This role also supports the development and implementation of safety programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting a strong culture of workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) strategies.
- Support compliance with relevant HSE regulations.
- Participate in risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Graduation between December 2025 and June 2026, with availability for full-time work January – August 2026.
- Must have completed your degree within 12 months of start date.
- U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or asylum/refugee status (required for compliance with U.S. export control laws).
