Position Summary

The Delivery Driver is responsible for safely transporting parts, equipment, and supplies to and from dealership locations and customer sites. This role ensures timely delivery, accurate documentation, and professional customer interaction while maintaining compliance with safety and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely pick up, transport, and deliver equipment, parts, and supplies to dealership locations and customer sites.

  • Follow all manufacturer loading and unloading procedures to ensure safe handling and transportation.

  • Accurately document mileage, deliveries, and pickups.

  • Obtain required signatures, receipts, and supporting documentation for accounting and sales records.

  • Provide customers with basic operational instructions upon delivery, when applicable.

  • Maintain delivery vehicles in safe operating condition and report maintenance needs promptly.

  • Secure necessary permits related to transportation and delivery requirements.

  • Complete all required reports and administrative documentation accurately and on time.

  • Maintain technical knowledge of equipment within the dealership’s product line.

  • Adhere to all safety policies, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers and within the community.

  • Participate in company-sponsored training and development programs.

  • Engage in team communication efforts, including meetings and department updates.

  • Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and management.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and current medical/health card.

  • Experience operating heavy and/or agricultural equipment.

  • Knowledge of safe loading and unloading procedures per manufacturer guidelines.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Basic computer proficiency.

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.Tailor it for a specific dealership brand tone
