Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is currently hiring Customer Service Executives to support our growing client base through a flexible hybrid work model. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional support via phone, email, or chat. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for service, effective communication skills, and a professional demeanor. Whether you’re working from home or on-site, your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.

  • Resolve customer concerns, issues, or complaints with a solutions-oriented approach.

  • Document customer interactions and update relevant databases.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to follow up on customer queries.

  • Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or relevant departments.

  • Maintain customer satisfaction scores and adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs).

  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.

  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.

  • Empathy, patience, and a problem-solving attitude.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.


Experience

  • Minimum 0–2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, BPO, or related roles.

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

  • Experience with CRM tools or customer support platforms is a plus.


Working Hours

  • Full-time position.

  • 6 days working per week with rotational weekly offs.

  • Flexible shift timings including morning and evening shifts.

  • Hybrid model: A mix of remote work and occasional in-office presence (as required).


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Understanding of customer relationship principles and service ethics.

  • Capability to handle high-volume interactions calmly and efficiently.

  • Adaptable to work in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.

  • Familiarity with digital communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Google Meet).

  • A team player who collaborates effectively with peers and management.
