Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is currently hiring Customer Service Executives to support our growing client base through a flexible hybrid work model. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional support via phone, email, or chat. Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.

Resolve customer concerns, issues, or complaints with a solutions-oriented approach.

Document customer interactions and update relevant databases.

Collaborate with internal teams to follow up on customer queries.

Escalate complex issues to senior support staff or relevant departments.

Maintain customer satisfaction scores and adhere to service-level agreements (SLAs).

Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Experience

Minimum 0–2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, BPO, or related roles.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Experience with CRM tools or customer support platforms is a plus.
Working Hours

Full-time position.

6 days working per week with rotational weekly offs.

Flexible shift timings including morning and evening shifts.

Hybrid model: A mix of remote work and occasional in-office presence (as required).
