Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to assist with various banking-related inquiries and services.

Offer accurate information regarding account balances, transactions, loan status, and banking procedures.

Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Upsell and cross-sell banking products and services based on customer needs.

Follow data privacy protocols and banking regulations during all interactions.

Maintain updated records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM tools.

Meet daily and monthly performance targets related to call quality, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Strong interpersonal skills with a calm and empathetic approach to customer service.

Basic understanding of banking operations and terminology.

Familiarity with CRM systems and call center technology is an added advantage.

Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.

High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelors degree is preferred.
Experience

0–2 years of experience in customer service, BPO, banking, or related fields.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a desire to work in banking support are welcome to apply.

Previous international voice process experience will be a strong advantage.
Working Hours

Full-time role with flexible shift timings, including night shifts and weekend rotations based on client time zones (primarily US, UK, or AU).

5-day work week with 2 rotational offs.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of international banking standards and procedures (preferred but not mandatory).

Ability to work independently as well as part of a global support team.

Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

Adaptability to evolving processes and procedures.

Basic computer literacy (MS Office, typing, data entry, etc.).
