Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Insurance) or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office Suite.

Experience
- No prior experience in insurance claims processing is required; however, experience in customer service or administrative roles is beneficial.
