• Edit and proofread content for clarity, coherence, and technical accuracy.
• Create visual aids, such as diagrams and screenshots, to enhance documentation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to improve documentation continuously.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in English, Technical Communication, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a technical writer or in a similar role.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in technical writing tools and software (e.g., MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, Microsoft Word).
• Basic understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate complex information into user-friendly content.
• Strong research skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or documentation roles.
• Experience in creating documentation for software products or technical services is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.

Working Hours

• Collaboration with team members across different time zones may be required.
