Job Summary
HR Service Jobs is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Home Care Scheduler/Coordinator (Female) for the night shift to support our clients by managing the scheduling of caregivers and addressing urgent service requests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating home care services efficiently and ensuring seamless communication between clients, caregivers, and the administrative team. This is a remote, night shift role that requires quick decision-making, a caring attitude, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate home care visits for clients based on availability, location, and urgency.

Monitor real-time updates and ensure caregiver assignments are accurate and timely.

Handle incoming calls from clients, families, and caregivers during night hours.

Respond quickly to last-minute schedule changes, emergencies, or cancellations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in the scheduling software.

Communicate effectively with day shift teams to ensure smooth handover of information.

Follow up with caregivers to confirm appointments and ensure client satisfaction.

Provide on-call support, addressing all inquiries professionally and empathetically.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in scheduling, care coordination, call center operations, or similar roles.

Working Hours

Night Shift: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST (Monday to Saturday)

On-call availability during shift hours is mandatory.
