Job Summary
Fresher Job is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
- Assist in inventory management for cleaning supplies and report when stock is low.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role is preferred.
- Experience in a hospitality or healthcare environment is a plus but not mandatory.
Working Hours
- Full-time positions available; flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Standard shifts are typically 8 hours per day, with potential overtime during peak seasons.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of cleaning products and safety protocols.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment (e.g., vacuum cleaners, floor buffers).
