Job Summary

Fresher Jobs is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our growing team. This role is essential in aligning business objectives with employees and management across various departments. The ideal candidate will be a skilled HR professional with a strong understanding of organizational development, talent management, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior management by providing strategic guidance on HR-related matters, including workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development.
  • Employee Relations: Foster strong, positive relationships with employees and managers, ensuring that concerns are addressed promptly, and that the workplace remains fair, inclusive, and engaging.
  • Talent Management: Oversee recruitment processes, including partnering with hiring managers to define staffing needs, creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates.
  • Performance Management: Assist in driving the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, coaching, and annual reviews.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Advise on compensation and benefits strategies to ensure competitive and equitable practices.
  • Learning & Development: Work closely with the Learning and Development team to ensure that employee training and development programs align with organizational goals.
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure that the company complies with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations, and that company policies are effectively implemented.
  • Employee Engagement: Promote initiatives that drive employee satisfaction and retention, ensuring high morale across teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Strong experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a business partner capacity.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment with a track record of driving HR initiatives.
  • Experience in managing and resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • Knowledge of talent management strategies and best practices.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with a standard 40-hour work week.
  • Flexible hours are available, with occasional evening and weekend work required depending on business needs.
