About the Placement
This 12-month placement offers you the opportunity to understand how a C&B function operates within a world-class engineering environment. You’ll gain hands-on experience in reward, HR data management, and benefits administration, while also developing insight into other areas of HR such as Recruitment and Employee Relations.
What You’ll Be Doing
During your placement, you will:

Support C&B operations by creating and analysing management data critical to achieving departmental goals.

Manage and maintain HR databases and IT systems, ensuring accurate and effective data capture.

Gain supplier management experience through involvement with discounts, team gear, and occupational health services.

Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process and procedural enhancements.

Collaborate with Recruitment and Employee Relations to ensure accurate employee data throughout the employee lifecycle, supporting activities such as the work experience programme.

Engage with company benefits, gaining exposure to the annual benefits cycle and helping to promote the great benefits available to all employees.
