Job Summary:
HR Service Jobs is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our dynamic team. As an HR Executive (Fresher), you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and contributing to the development and execution of HR strategies. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals new to the HR field to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals to learn and grow within the HR domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding processes by preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Help with employee relations by addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Prepare reports and analytics related to HR metrics as required.
- Support HR projects and initiatives, including training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
Experience:
- No prior HR experience is required. Recent graduates or individuals with internship experience in HR will be considered.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility required based on departmental needs.

- Understanding of basic HR principles and practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with employees.
- Proficiency in data entry and report generation.
- Capable of managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks.
