HR Operations Administrator – Remote

Job Summary

Fresher Job is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this remote role, you will be responsible for managing various HR operations processes, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. You will play a crucial role in supporting our employees and enhancing their overall experience while contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Administration: Manage employee records, update HR databases, and ensure all employee information is accurate and compliant with policies and regulations.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, documentation, and training coordination. Support offboarding processes as needed.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, and assist with audits and compliance reviews.
  • HR Projects: Collaborate on various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate HR metrics and reports to support strategic decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR administrative role or similar capacity.
  • Experience with recruitment processes and employee onboarding.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance and labor laws is preferred.

Working Hours

  • This is a full-time remote position. Working hours are flexible, with core hours expected to be from 9 AM to 5 PM (local time) to facilitate team collaboration.
